The Bikram method of Hatha Yoga is a series of 26 stretching and strengthening postures (asanas) with 2 breathing exercises performed in a room heated at 40 degrees (celsius). The series is scientifically designed to provide 100 percent total body workout from bones to skin, fingers to toes. By the end of the 90 minute workout, you will have worked every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament as well as internal organs and glands while systematically moving fresh oxygenated blood throughout your entire body.

Introductory special for those that haven't done Bikram Yoga before is $22 for 7 consecutive days of yoga, this includes mat hire.
If you introduce a friend to Bikram whilst on your Introductory pass you will receive an extra 7 consecutive days of yoga free!

Challenge for Charity
Challenge for Charity is a 30 day challenge, get your friends to sponsor you per class and donate to your favourite charity. Pick up a sponsor form at reception, cost is $190 and we will donate $10 CFS Foundation to support our brave CFS volunteerst. Even if you think you wont be able to do 30 classes in 30 days you can still have your friends support you.
Book and pay at reception by the 13th April.
