Standing Separate Leg Stretching

Grabbing your heels from the outside can be tricky when we first start so here are some tips and tricks 😉

Start by trying to grab heels first, if you can't reach go for the outsides of your feet and if that's out of reach go for your toes. Once you have the outsides of your feet then... Pull! 💪🏻 (if your knees are bending, work on contracting your thighs first, protect the back of your legs.)

Be patient with your body and move step by step 😊
