Bikram after the first class .... Omg what was that.....
Yin after the first few classes... Anxiety Sadness Not anger but a little bit annoyed
They all seem quite negative responses, but now (for at least the last 2 years) I only feel positive thoughts towards the practice, even during the classes I think how grateful I am to have you and other amazing teaches leading us through the practice and in awe how you can leave me and many others feeling completely at peace and for a moment everything is ok..🙏🏼
I totally admire what you do and I really want to thank you for being you and for sharing your knowledge and for putting your heart into all you do.
You are a truly beautiful human and I blessed to be able to practice yoga.
