Why we back bend!


Back bends can be super overwhelming when we first begin... it really does come down to trusting your body and your ability to move.


Not only are back bends so good for the well-being of your spine but they also help to boost your energy levels and are great for releasing emotional tension!


Backbends encourage us to open up emotionally; you begin to open up through your throat (better communication), Chest (release stress and tension) and most importantly open your heart (love yourself and others a little more ❤️)


We love back bending 🙌🏼
