Timetable

 

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - 4 CLASSES ONLY

7.45am, 9.30am, 12pm and 4.00pm ONLY.

We recommend:

  • No eating 2-3 hours before class
  • Bring a big towel, water and mat (rental mats $2) 
  • Thin sticky yoga mats only, thick foam camping mats not suitable
  • Dress like you would to a gym, shorts, singlet etc
  • Bring a change of clothes for after
  • Be prepared to sweat and work hard
  • First timers arrive 15 minutes before class to register
  • Classes start on time - no late comers
  • Shower facilities available
  • NO BOOKINGS NECESSARY - JUST ROCK UP!

Saturday, 2.00pm, yoga for youth, $10 per class, ages 4-11, no heat. No bookings necessary

just rock up 10 minutes before class. Bring a mat, towel and water.
