BIKRAM HOT YOGA
The Bikram method of Hatha Yoga is a series of 26 stretching and strengthening postures (asanas) with two breathing exercises performed in a heated room of 40 degrees (celsius).
The series is scientifically designed to provide 100% total body workout from inside out, bones to skin, fingers to toes.
By the end of the 90 minute workout you will have worked every muscle, tendon, joint, liagment as well as internal organs and glands whilst systematically moving fresh oxygenated blood throughout your entire body.
ALIGN HOT PILATES
Align Hot Pilates is a training system which combines Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training. It is designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health.
The magic of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) lies in its ability to keep you burning fat even after you leave the studio.
In short, your body isn't able to bring enough oxygen during periods of hard work. Therefore, you accumulate a debt of oxygen that must be repaid post-workout in order to get back to normal. The result is your metabolism is still working for hours after you leave the studio.
This class is the 26 postures you know and love from the Bikram Yoga series plus some “follow on” postures.
You don’t need to be able to bend like a pretzel - like every class, you come as you are and do what you can, and the teacher will offer guidance and modifications to help you have the best class for YOU.

Yin Yoga uses long held floor based postures to temporarily "stress" the deep connective Yin tissues in the body. Deep connective tissues in the body do not respond the same as muscles. They are able to resist brief stresses but slowly change when a moderate stress is maintained for a longer period of time (3-5 mins).
Holding this stress with a connective tissue, to an appropriate edge, with muscles relaxed, for an extended period of time, creates a change in its fluids and results in a lengthening of the tissue and a feeling of space. This allows a greater movement of chi through the area, maintaining the health of the meridian system of the body, which is enjoyable and promotes the healing response.
