Bring a mat, towel and water.

We recommend:

No eating 2 - 3 hours before class

Thin sticky yoga mats (3 - 6mm), thick foam exercise mats not suitable

Dress in whatever you feel comfortable working out in

Be prepared to sweat and work hard

Classes start on time - NO LATE-COMERS!

Shower facilities available - Bring another towel and change of clothes if you'd like to shower
