What do I bring?
Bring a large towel, water, and mat. (If you don’t have a mat, we hire them for $2)

What do I wear?
Wear something you are prepared to sweat in. No shoes.
Do I need to book?
No bookings necessary, just rock up 15 minutes before the class to register.
Where do I park?
We have car parks at the back of the GLENELG & MODBURY studios.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, credit card (Not AMEX or Diners) and EFTPOS. Pay wave also available.
Can I book online?
Yes! If you have a current valid pass then you can download our free app MIND BODY CONNECT or click the check in online icon on our website.
What is your timetable?
Our timetable is up to date on our website here. It can change for public holidays so keep your eye on it.
Do you have a crèche?
Unfortunately, we don’t.
How do I know Bikram Yoga is for me?/I have existing injuries... Can I still do Bikram Yoga?
Yes! It’s never too late to start, do your best, have an open mind, be prepared to work hard and sweat and soon you will be doing things you never thought possible.
I’ve never done yoga before.
We all have to start somewhere. Bikram Yoga is a beginners' class, no matter what your level of fitness is, EVERYONE finds the yoga challenging but rewarding, so persist and do the best you can.
Can I do yoga if I am pregnant?
We do not offer dedicated classes. Please speak to your doctor and obtain clearance for pre-natal or post-natal practice. Once approved, please speak to our teachers and notify them as you may have to modify some postures.
Can I bring my children to do yoga?
You sure can! We have Family yoga classes every weekend at all studios. Check out our timetable.
Can I use all studios?
How many times per week should I practice?
It’s not like going to a gym where you need rest days. Come as much as your timetable allows.
How long is class?
Bikram Yoga = 90mins
Express Hot Yoga = 60mins
Vinyasa Flow = 60mins
Family Classes = 45mins
Yin Yoga = 60mins
