Believe it or not Bikram is for beginners 📷😊 The Bikram yoga series works within the range of motion (even thought at first it doesn’t feel like it! 📷😉 ) Our best advice is: Give it a go, you never know what you can do until you try.
At any point if you need to sit down and have some water, please do so, then join back in when you’re ready. At first the postures may seem out of reach, but class by class your alignment begins to improve and believe us when we say depth comes with time, practise and patience 📷😊
