Be Prepared

 

No need to book, just rock up 15 mins before class to register.

 

It is nothing like you have ever experienced before. Bikram Yoga is an intense, awesome, full body workout.

 

Have no expectations, do the best you can. The room is heated to 40°C, continuously during the class session. Classes last for 90 minutes so be prepared to sweat and work hard. Soon you will be doing things you never thought possible.

 

There are a few things you'll need to know before you come to your first class.

 

Bring:

  • a big towel

  • water

  • smile

  • wear something you are prepared to sweat in.

  • a yoga mat (or hire one from us)

 

Do:

  • eat minimally 2-3 hours prior to class.

  • enjoy yourself

  • let go of your stress

  • enjoy the feeling of acomplishment and wellbeing when you finish the class.
